The IEEE IST Student Branch will held the 2nd Portugal Student Branch Congress, next Oct 1st and 2nd, in Oeiras, Lisbon.
This Congress allows Student Members from all over the country to meet, exchange experiences and opinions, as well as spend some funny time together.
