The next Region 8 Director Elections, are to take place this summer and, if you have a grade of Graduate Student Member or higher, you can take part in the process. In addition to the two candidates already approved, Martin Bastiaans is currently gathering signatures for his petition to run for the elections.

Martin did a great job as R8 Student Activities Chair, and is currently serving as MGA Student Activities Chair. He's someone that has always had the best interest of IEEE students in mind, and will surely make a great director.
